The SIYC Membership Application Procedure

1. An application for membership may be obtained from the SIYC Office by an Active member who will be one of the applicant's two sponsors.
   
   
2. Each application must be signed by the applicant and by two SIYC Members. Once completed the form must be returned to the SIYC Office and directed to the attention of the Membership Chairman.
   
   
3. The completed application must be returned to the SIYC office with the required deposits. All applicants will be placed on the SIYC Waiting List.
   
   
4. Once the applicant becomes available for membership, the sponsors must introduce the applicant to Board of Governors.
   
   
5. When the above steps have been completed, the Board will act upon the application at its regularly scheduled monthly meeting.
   
   
6. The sponsors will be notified of the results of the Board's actions.
